A consulting firm in cyber security & investigations is recruiting a Training Lead to join a team of young consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will develop and administer training programs for our clients, assess training and development needs for organisations, help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, develop training manuals and monitor training for effectiveness. The ideal candidate must be willing to develop a career within a team of young consulting practitioners. The candidate will primarily be responsible for marketing and selling of training programmes.

What You Will Do

• Effectively undertake business development initiatives in selling training programmes;
• Effectively market training programmes to existing and prospective clients;
• Oversee the development of training materials that include printed manuals, training videos, and powerpoint presentations;
• Determine training needs and requirements for an organisation or group by meeting with management, talking with employees, or administering surveys;
• Review existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance;
• Modify or create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs;
• Engage with external facilitators for training programmes;
• Monitor training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary;
• Manage costs for all programmes, productions, and publications;
• Research into current industry trends and keep track of new development in the industry.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Demonstrate the ability to market and sell training programmes and technology solutions;
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant programme;
• The candidate should have good research skills/background with analytical/critical mindset;
• Previous experience in education or training environment required;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning skills, time management, attention to detail, decision-making skills.
• Candidate should be computer literate;
• The ideal candidate should have impeccable integrity;
• Excellent professional outlook and practices to fit into the consulting environment;
• Must be willing to travel and work on weekends;
• Good knowledge in cyber security trends will be an added advantage.
