An Indian based IT company providing high quality, cost effective and expertise affordable web solutions to catch competitive market demand is seeking to employ a Telemarketing Executive to work with.

NB: Remuneration is based on performance with a base salary of GHC700.00

What You Will Do

1. Call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
3. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices and present their benefits.
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
6. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
7. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
8. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A minimum of HND in Marketing/ Customer Service/ related field
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
