Overview

This is a professional job that involves providing support to our customers on the usage of our various software applications ranging from accounting, hotel, payroll, restaurant softwares. Further, you will be responsible for overseeing the new software rollout/implementations.

What You Will Do

1. Training our customers on how to use our business management software applications.
2. Installation of software, deployment and implementation
3. Troubleshooting user problems/software problems

5. Providing solution/answers to day to day user queries and challenges
6. Working as a consultant and acting as knowledgebase where our customers will consult on day to day basis for help.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Knowledge in Accounting
• Smart and sharp in knowledge and use of computer and systems in general
• Ability to use logical thinking to solve problems
• Fast thinker, hardworking and ready to work until they find solution to problems
• Degree in IT, Business Management
