We are looking for a sales and support executive to assist with sales, marketing and support on our solutions.

What You Will Do

1. Create engaging and creative blogs in our website related to our solutions
2. Generate leads via email campaigns
3.  Generate leads via social media campaigns
4. Publish new contents on our website and update our SEO to increase our ranking
5. Following up on leads who enquire about our product via phone & email.
6. Conduct presentations/demo on our software applications for organizations
7. Prepare Quotation/invoices for our prospects and existing clients
8. Negotiate and close deals
9. Implement our solutions for customers & train the users on usage of the software
10. Provide on-going customer support to our clients

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Computer science / information technology background
• Knowledge and experience in business software applications is a plus
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge in social media marketing is a plus
