The company is a fast growing, fashion accessories company seeking to deepen its presence in the retail and wholesale sale markets in Ghana.

Role

• To contribute to the optimization of sales, generate incremental revenue and expand customer and market reach.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Contributing to Sales and Distribution of all products
• Growing your assigned markets, customer base and sales
• Generating incremental cash for the company
• Contributing to all market activities to promote propagate and build product /brand presence
• Customer engagements and relationships
• Market information and Intelligence
• Managing the social media marketing strategy for the company, focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram etc
• Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc) for the company 
• Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for company 
•  Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to the company sites and generate leads for the company 
• Conduct competitive analysis studies on the company’s competitors 

Requirements:

• Graduated with a diploma or HND with focus on Sales and Marketing, Advertising or Journalism from an accredited institute 
• 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role.
• 2+ Years of sales and marketing in a reputable firm
• 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and Instagram 
• Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.
• Experience in a fashion business is will be advantageous 
• The person should preferably in and around Ofankor – Nsawam Road
