What You Will Do

• Generate client leads to buy, sell and rent property.
• Create lists of properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Promote properties with listings and ads.
• Facilitate purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each property transaction.
• This is a field based job which will require the successful candidate to spend about 80% of his time on the field. The top of Africa

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Must possess a minimum of HND or Degree in Sales & Marketing
• Experience with sales and closures.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property industry in Ghana.
