Role Description

• Oversee all front and back of the Restaurant Operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent Service; Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all meals served
• Maintain all Restaurant equipment and records and ensure compliance to all standards
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the Restaurant.
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Generate Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Reports;

Minimum Qualifications

• HND Hotel Management & Catering Or Related Field
• Minimum years of 2 years experience

Age Range: 25years-35year
