Personal Assistant in Tema


An innovative start up food enterprise delivering various food related products and services is looking to employ a Personal Assistant who will work closely with senior management staff to provide administrative support on one-to-one basis. Play a pivotal role in helping the manager to make best use of their time with administrative and secretarial task.


What You Will Do

  1. Monitoring emails and responding if required
  2. Preparing communications on behalf of the manager
  3. Answering phone calls
  4. Organizing and planning meetings
  5. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  6. Typing ,formatting and editing reports and documents
  7. Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records
  8. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
  9. Managing databases and filing systems
  10. Draft emails and letters.
  11. Make travel and transport arrangements
  12. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadline

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • A minimum of a Degree from a recognized institution
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
