Overview

A reputable Institution invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of Office Manager.

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Managing calendar of Head of Entity
  • Ensuring effective secretarial support and management of Head of Entity’s office
  • Taking minutes of meetings with visitors as and when required
  • Following up with matters arising from meetings
  • Distilling actions from minutes of meetings
  • Ensuring actions required from meetings are executed and reported on.
  • Facilitating effective performance management of staff reporting to the Head of Entity
  • Managing official correspondence of the Head of Entity and maintaining and managing an effective filing and retrieval system
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the head of entity.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • First degree in English or Humanities
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline would be an advantage

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 6 years experience
