Office Manager in Accra

Overview

A reputable betting company in Accra is looking to hire an Office Manager who will be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for developing procedures, implementing and evaluating them with team members to improve efficiency.


What You Will Do

  1. Manage the daily operations of the office
  2. Address employees queries regarding office management issues
  3. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  4. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  5. Provide general support to visitors
  6. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • A Masters Degree from a reputable university
  • A minimum of  5 years relevant working experience
  • An experience working in the betting industry
  • Must be IT inclined
  • Must have fast typing skills
  • Ability to use a laptop
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Salary: GHC3,000-GHC5,000
