• Growth and management of liabilities mainly from daily sales customers
• Daily accounts
• Customer service / Relationship management

What You Will Do

1. Mobilize savings (susu) from clients on a daily basis
2. Cross-sell the deposit products of the company
3. Keep and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential daily sales customers
4. Assist clients to save through the susu product
5. Attend to clients for their daily saving deposits and retain deposits mobilized
6. Agree with customers on the suitable times for collecting deposits and collect deposits from clients at their preferred locations daily
7. Keep good record of passbooks and ensure balances from company and clients always match
8. Assist clients in making withdrawals from their savings
9. Acquire or generate new clients / accounts through marketing and referrals from existing clients
10. Assist clients to grow their business through advice on business strategies
11. Ensure that all requirements and documents are accurate and adequate for all depositors
12. Use customer information proactively in the prevention of fraud and scams
13. Adhere to field deposit collection policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• First Degree in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing, Accounting) or any related field plus one (1) year post qualification relevant experience.
• HND / Diploma (Marketing / Accounting / Finance / Business Management) with one (1) year post qualification relevant experience.
• Fresh HND / University graduates who have completed National Service.
• Applicants with one or two years experience in sales & marketing will be a plus.
