Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
• Must be an accredited member of the Institute of Public Relations (Ghana) or other recognised professional media Institution
• A minimum of 12 years working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Ability to lead a team effectively, show conflict resolutions skills as well as work to strict working timelines.
• Knowledge of French
• Must have good experiential knowledge of government policies and programs
• Negotiation and Industrial relations management skills is key
