Job Title
Kitchen Assistant (Main Cooking Section, Meat Section and Non-Meat Section)

Kitchen Assistant (Meat Section) is a cook whose job is to prepare all meat products (Pork, Beef and Chicken) in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications and techniques of the Restaurant.

Kitchen Assistant (Non – Meat Section) is a cook whose job is to prepare all non – meat products (mostly Vegetables) in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications and techniques of the Restaurant.

Kitchen Assistant (Main Cooking Section) is a cook whose job is to mainly prepare Rice, Noodles, Meat and Shito all in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications and techniques of the Restaurant.

What You Will Do

Kitchen Assistant (Meat Section)

• Picks up meat products from Stock Keeper
• Prepare meat by washing, chopping and cutting them in specified portions for weighing.
• Receive, inspect and ensure that meat is in their right state for food processing.

Kitchen Assistant (Non – Meat Section)

• Picks up vegetable products from Stock Keeper
• Prepare vegetables by washing, chopping and cutting them in specified portions for weighing.
• Receive, inspect and ensure that vegetables are in their right state for food processing.

Kitchen Assistant (Main Cooking Section)

• • Picks up Rice, Noodles, Meat and items for Shito from Stock Keeper
  • Receive, inspect and ensure that food items are in their right state for food processing
  • Cook Rice, Noodles, Meat and Shito in specified portions for weighing

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
• Familiarity with health and safety kitchen rules and regulations
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks as well as Precise time management
• Working experience as a Kitchen Assistant for 2 years
• Good concentration and attention to details
• Junior High School Degree (Minimum)

The Location

The Head office is located at School Junction, Agbogba. Applicants should live within Haatso, West Legon, Adenta, Legon, Madina, Abokobi and surrounding areas.
