A reputable IT company is seeking an energetic, focused and results-oriented Junior Business Development Lead to contribute to the organization’s expansion. We deliver solutions that enable enterprises – small and large – achieve their corporate objectives.

Please not that the starting salary is GHC1,000

What You Will Do

1. Liase with other members of the Business Development team to generate leads for Sales team.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand reach of the organization.
3. Contribute ideas to leadership around new business avenues.
4. Manage marketing budget, optimizing spends on the various channels.
5. Manage relationships with clients to ensure we provide customers a great experience each step of the way.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A minimum of a First Degree from any recognized university.
• Highly organized and excellent at time management.
• Exceptional at multi-tasking, with the ability to seamlessly work independently or part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Systematic and detail oriented.
• A clear, proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Must be proficient with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
