What You Will Do

  1. Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through
  2. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards the mission
  3. Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet expectation
  4. Develop service procedures, standards in consultation with C.E.O
  5. Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  6. Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment for them to excel
  7. Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  8. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • BSc/MA in Business Admin or Related Field
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficient in English
  • Working knowledge of databases and tools
  • Awareness of industry latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Strong client facing and communication skills
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Knowledge on customer experience management and facilitate organic growth
  • Good at report writing
