The company is a fast-growing, fashion accessories company seeking to deepen its presence in the retail and wholesale sale markets in Ghana.

What You’ll Do:

The Graphic Designer & Illustrator will be responsible for creating high converting designs within our brand guidelines. This will include illustration of creative and innovative designs for product development team; graphic design for social media ads, display banners, emails and web, as well as designs and illustrations for marketing campaigns. These assets will often be the first touch point for new customers to our brand. A successful candidate will be able to work quickly while displaying great attention to detail and organizational skills, and an eye for photograph selects and typography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design assets for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, display banners, website banners and email
• Illustrate graphics in the style set for our brand
• Sketch and develop new business concept 
• Sketch and develop client design per description on-the-go
• Work closely with Creative, Product development, Sales and  Marketing teams to create projects that deliver on brand vision and industry best practices
• Ensure that work adheres to brand standards and project deliverables
• Work with Management to meet goals and deadlines in terms of asset delivery
• Actively participate in campaign and photoshoot brainstorms
• Maintain and organize digital assets

Qualifications Required:

• 2-5 years experience as an illustrator / graphic designer; fashion and/or e-commerce experience a plus
• Highly experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with HTML5, CCS3 & Javascript a plus
• Desired but not required, experience with product and packaging design
• Certificate, diploma and HND in visual communication, graphic design, or equivalent experience
• Ability to concept, develop and create a wide variety of creative assets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Familiarity with fashion trends
• Experience working on photoshoot
