An IT company is in search of a Graduate Intern to join the team.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customers inquiries.
• Resolve their complaints.
• Answer incoming call customer calls.
• Help new clients to easily navigate our platform.
• Answer inquiries on a system.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Must be a Graduate with IT or computer science background
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
