Our client is a multinational ride-sharing company. They are currently looking for young and energetic Fresh Graduates, with outstanding communication, relationship-building and influencing skills for their office.

Role Summary: The Fresh Graduates will be attending to Riders.

Duties Includes:

• Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our Riders/Passengers.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward riders at all times.
• Responding promptly to Rider inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving Rider complaints.
• Keeping records of rider interactions, comments and complaints.
• Should be willing to assist in other duties when called upon

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Must have a Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding communicator, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities.
• Extremely strong communicative ability in both written and spoken form.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
