Overview

Natural Scientific Pharma (NSP) processes natural and herbal resources to produce high quality natural products which deliver value for money. The company has great potential for growth, and two of their products have been identified as the drivers of this growth. The company is seeking to improve the sales of those products through direct selling.

What You Will Do

1. Sell the company’s products directly to customers. This is person-to-person selling, not shop-to shop selling
2. You will move to specific locations and directly engage target customers to sell our products to them.
3. You will keep records of customers in prescribed form for later follow up.
4. This is a permanent position.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A minimum of SHS Certificate
• Must be very fluent in Twi and another language, preferably Ga. 
• A strong passion for selling.
• Willingness to work
• High level of honesty and integrity
• A strong desire to help the company grow

What we can offer you

• Basic Salary: GHC600-GHC1,000 based on qualification
• Transport Allowance: GHC200-GHC500 per month
• Telephone Credit Allowance: GHC50-GHC100 per month
• Monthly bonus based on sales.
