A Siedy’s Closet is seeking to employ a female shop attendant with immediate effect.

What you will do:

• Cloth management
• Folding clothes
•  Sorting clothes
•  Tagging clothes
• Steaming clothing using a garment steamer
• Ironing clothes
•  Inspection of clothes before sale
•  Putting clothes on display mannequins (very often)
• Change clothes on mannequins during photoshoots (very often)
•  Restock shelves- arrange clothing according to sizes
• Cleaning
• End-of-day cleaning duties, Mopping, wiping
• Customer service
•  Welcoming customers- able to recommend suitable items
• Assisting customers in locating desired shop items
• Take phone calls and answer messages
• Online orders
• Processing online orders that come through the website
• Scheduling a delivery driver to send clothes to customers
• Running different errands outside the shop, like going out of the shop to purchase items and schedule appointments and arrange services.
• Setup/management/running
• Retail assistance
• Encourage purchases by advertising, telling customers about promotions
• Customer oriented
• Processing sales transactions
• Check out clothes
• shop lifting
•  Serving customers
• Inventory
• Taking inventory of merchandise which will be strictly audited and checked

Requirements:

Age: 25 – 35

Minimum Qualification: SHS
