Ecommerce Customer Support Associate (Entry Level)

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career in the ecommerce industry.


  1. Ensure accurate and timely confirmation of customer orders through various communication channels, such as email or phone. Verify order details, including product selection, quantity, pricing, and delivery information, to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate the smooth processing of customer orders. Assist in coordinating order fulfilment, including inventory management, packaging, and shipping.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely assistance via email, live chat, and phone calls
  4. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, tracking information, and returns/exchanges
  5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in company policies or procedures
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to team goals

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Must be a resident of Lakeside estate or its immediate environs: To ensure convenient commuting and availability for work, applicants must reside in or around Lakeside estate, Ashaley Botwe, Madina, Adenta, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
