A reputable general Insurance company seeks to employ motivated and organized Direct Sales Executives to deliver excellent and efficient service to clients by managing relationships and prospecting to existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

The candidates must be able to;

• Identify potential customers
• Achieve and exceed growth and sales targets
• Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
• Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process
• Maintaining clients’ record.
• Generate leads

Required Competencies

• DBS/HND or its equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Confident and charismatic approach to people
• Experience in sales will be an added advantage
