What You Will Do

1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
2. Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
3. Manage all digital marketing channels
4. Measure ROI and KPIs
5. Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
6. Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
7. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
8. Build and inbound marketing plan
9. Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
10. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
• Three to five years of full-time experience in digital marketing
• English, Twi, Ga
• Superior communication especially with Social Media handles
• Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups including Creative, Media and Marketing
• 20 – 30 years
