Customer Support Person Needed at GhanaWifi

Answer incoming and Place outbound calls that predominantly routine in Nature, but may require deviation from standard scripts and procedures based on the customer issues or inquiries. Utilizes system Applications for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Answer questions and resolve customers issues via phone call and Emails.
  • Educate New and prospective customers on our Services and Direct them to sales and Business Development.
  • Schedule Customers for Technical Visit.
  • Troubleshooting with customer to make sure their device is up and running.
  • Record details of customer contact and actions taken.
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Refer Customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

Qualification and Skills

  • 2nd Class Upper Division in Computer Science/Engineering related courses and Communication studies.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Technical and Problem-solving Skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
