Role Summary:

To supervise sales promoters and push sales

What You Will Do

• Sales achievement (target achievement & key model achievement)
• Product coverage ( Key models and new models coverage)
• Supervise visibility coverage rate
• Push for stock when there is a shortage in a shop
• Good display in the glass counter and on the experience table in shops
• Supervise the execution of promotion
• Promotion materials and gifts items management
• Weekly reports
• Competitors information (phone specification, price and models)
• Promoters management ( product knowledge and sales ability training)
• Organizing of weekly meetings and shop visitations

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Degree
• 2-3 years’ experience
• English
• Word, Excel and Power point
• Good leadership skills, communication skills and a good team player
