Overview

We are an international sports betting company operating in the Ghanaian gaming industry seeking to fill various roles within our organization.

What You Will Do

  • Handling in-bound calls
  • Making outbound calls to prospective leads and clients
  • Receiving feedback and complaints whilst resolving these issues
  • Upselling and Cross-selling offers to potential and existing customers
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Maintaining customer records

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer experience
  • Knowledge /Work experience in the sports betting industry – MUST
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
