A Reputable Company is seeking for Contact Center Executive for Employment ,  To be   Responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assistance to customers, dispatch and drivers. Call center executives are customer service professionals who serve as a company’s front line in making phone sales and addressing customer concerns.

Job Description

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications

Job Function /Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential customers.
  • Commit to provide excellent customer service.
  • Respond to incoming customer and contractor calls, emails and social media interactions.
  • Enter and book orders into our systems.
  • Responsible for pickup, on-demand transport and deliveries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents within our customer database.
  • Help promote the company’s services by enhancing customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Help promote positive office environment by having a motivated, friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
  • Management and resolve customer complaints.
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.

Requirement ,Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum of first degree or HND
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service in express business, logistics or courier service
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong computer skills particularly Microsoft office
  • Ability to fit in a multicultural work environment
