Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Branch Supervisor to ensure that sales goals are met and branch tasks are completed successfully and timely.
Job Description
As Branch Supervisor, you are responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback.
To be successful in this work, you must have strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills. You should be able to multitask and delegate duties to employees where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Train employees and evaluate their performances.
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare reports on sales, operations and all aspects of the branch.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients.
- Liaise with Headquarters other branches to share strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience sales experience in FMGC and distribution business with the ability to lead and manage a team.
- Experience in the Telecommunication and ISP industry is an added advantage
- Analytical and very good with figures.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of HND or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Science or related fields.
