Qualification Required & Experience

A person seeking appointment as an Assistant Lecturer/Assistant Research Fellow must:

• Possess a Research Master’s degree in the relevant field of specialization, and
• Have some appreciable industrial experience or skills in Competency-Based Training (CBT).
• The Assistant Lecturer/Assistant Research Fellow position is a temporary one for a period of two (2) years and renewable for a further period of two (2) years only; and may terminate unless the applicant registers for and obtains a terminal degree.
