Role Summary:

The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for providing various kinds of administrative assistance. The role duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. The role generally includes placing telephone calls to prospective clients, answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. You will also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers. You will also be managing account payable and receivables, carry out errands when need.
