Job Description

• Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and return
• Experience in the use of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Preparation and filing of forms for payments of taxes and other obligations
• Follow up on outstanding advances and assure timely reconciliation
• Control and enter all expenses from the petty cash
• Reconcile advances, including review of receipts, coding of expenses on the general voucher and entering into QuickBooks
• Create all financial reports as requested by supervisor
• To undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisors
• Responsible for routine conduct of physical check of assets including IT equipment and inventories

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 2 years
