Overview

A company into shipping and logistics, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Sales Executive to help drive our growth. Please do not apply if you do not have more than 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing in a corporate setting.

What You Will Do

  1. Work to achieve sales targets
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing Reports
  3. Convert inquiries from potential clients into actual users of our services.
  4. Ability to make and document at least 10 cold calls a day
  5. Write proposals to send out to businesses.
  6. Ensure overall annual goals for delivered items in all 5 service areas are met/exceeded by defining daily, weekly and monthly goals
  7. Understand and promote company programs
  8. Consolidate and share consumer discussions with the rest of the team.
  9. Identify areas for growth, issues with current system, etc from interactions with the public
  10. Work together with digital agencies with regards to analytics, media strategy and brand awareness
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key community members.
  12. Drive sales/trade marketing functions and events
  13. Support selected market in their digital activation through monitoring and facilitating local Digital campaigns
  14. Other roles as assigned by management

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  1. Degree in Sales/Marketing/Purchasing & Supply or other relevant qualification.
  2. Experience in sales and marketing and understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  3. A commitment to excellent customer experience.
  4. Great written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  6. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  7. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Able to work with little to no supervision
